           - -Individuality in small spaces Our concept is based on the creation of an energy-efficient and sustainable surplus in everyday life. This new building contains many elements so that the user does not have to satisfied with established stereotypes. Instead he can create an individual lifestyle which increases the quality of living conditions through conceptual living. The MS Loft is based on an open space concept. The interior is defined by high multifunctionality. There are many functions that dissapear behind sliding doors and hidden screens. These let the rooms appear bigger and neater. The central area of the building is centred around the cooking area of the kitchen. This space does not only contain the kitchen furnishings, rather functions as a main meeting and communication space inside the house. The succession of rooms is what is noteworthy inside the house. They confer the loft building the quality of spacious and generous living, typical for such spaces. All essential electric devices are integrated into the furniture. By doing this, all appliances are integrated to create an efficient use of the workspace. The work space can be found on the gallery, which allows a view into the free area and at the same time it functions as the extension of the vertical living area. This room is separate from the living area due to its elevated position but at the same time it is remains visually and acoustically connected to the living area. The enclosure of the space is in particular suitable for concentrated working, allowing for views into the sky through the skylights. The structure of the MS Loft is of cast on site concrete. Easily constructed and cost- effective, the houses offer a good value the quality space offered. |
